One Thing That Helps Me Enjoy the Bible

In danger of adding another thing to your overfilled life, I wanted to share about a resource that I have found valuable for my Bible reading and study, The Bible Project. The Bible Project started as an animation studio based in Portland that produces short videos on YouTube which visually cover important themes in the Bible as well as give short overviews of each book of the Bible. In addition to posting YouTube videos, The Bible Project releases podcasts related to their videos, blogs, and educational Bible resources. They also just released a mobile app.

Recently I have really enjoyed listening to their podcast, where two of their Hebrew scholars discuss various themes woven through the entire Bible as another pastor, who is a great question asker, asks the "dumb" questions that someone like me wonders about. They cover topics like Biblical law, what does the kingdom of God mean, and what is the Biblical view of Heaven and Earth. So if you happen to have a free moment and you like visual overviews or nerdy Bible discussions, check out the Bible Project, https://bibleproject.com/.
